  • 1/4 cup Olympian Trahana
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt (optional)


  • Boil Water in saucepan, adding pinch of salt if required.
  • Add Trahana and reduce heat stirring frequently. Until water evaporates.
  • Add milk bring to boil stirring frequently.
  • Cover saucepan with a lid and set aside for 5 minutes before serving
