Bread improver 15g sachets, foil sealed for freshness.
Recommended for both soft bread and crusty bread
Directions for making bread:
For every 1kg of flour:
- Add 15g of Bread Improver for Soft Bread
- Add 20g of Bread Improver for Crusty Bread
Add dry ingredients, water and yeast to the mixture. Blend on low speed and then on high speed until developed. Achieve a dough temperature of 28-30 degrees Celcius. Rest the dough for 5-10 minutes. Scale to the desired weight. Rest a further 10 minutes and mould to desired shape. Let rise until desired height. Bake approximately 20-30 minute depending on dough size.
