Make a soft dough combining flour, salt, vinegar, olive oil and water.
Melt the butter in a saucepan on low heat then add oil once melted.
Portion the dough in small round balls, roll out, brushing with melted mixture. Cover with plastic. Wrap to avoid drying out. Let the dough rest for half an hour before beginning the next process.
Prepare the work surface by placing a clean tablecloth.
Place the dough on the work surface, start stretching out until 80-100cmin diameter or until your dough cannot be stretched and starts to tear. Tear off the thick dough that’s left on the outer as shown in the video.
When you have rolled out the required diameter, brush approximately 3 tablespoons of your melted butter and oil around the dough and spread with your brush lightly trying not to tear the dough.
With a spoon or your hand sprinkle the feta over the stretched dough.
Start rolling the pastry by lifting the table cloth and letting the dough roll on its own. By doing this, it will ensure a thin and crispy pastry.
Once you have a circle shape, start to roll into a spiral.
Once you have a large spiral, lightly brush with your butter and oil and then bake in the preheated oven for 25 – 30 mins.
