INGREDIENTS
1 cup Olympian Sweet Trahana 4 cups Water or vegetable stock 1 tbsp Parsley, chopped 2 Tomatoes 1/2 cup Feta, grated 2 Cloves garlic, crushed Olive Oil Salt and pepper
METHOD
Heat olive oil with garlic. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper and simmer. Add water/stock bring to boil. Add trahanas cook until tender. When cooked remove from heat and sprinkle parsley. Serve with grated feta.
