Vlahotiri Cheese originally hails from Greece and is aged over 90 days, It’s a hard, sheep’s milk cheese with a tangy flavour and distinctive medium-sized holes and a spicy, somewhat salty taste. Those unique qualities make Vlahotiri a delicious addition to any cheese or antipasti platter, but can also be used as a filling in casseroles and pies and in the Greek specialty, Saganaki.
